This property is located in a residential building where neighbours value a peaceful environment, and we work closely with other residents in the building and the local community to ensure that house rules are respected. Any complaints from neighbours regarding noise, disturbances, or gatherings may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund. Only registered guests included in the reservation are allowed in the property at any time. Bookings from guests who live locally may be subject to additional verification to ensure the stay is for accommodation purposes only. For security reasons, the main guest who makes the booking may be asked to provide a valid ID before check-in. The property cannot be used for commercial activities, filming, photoshoots, or meetings without prior permission. Exterior security cameras are installed at the entrance of the property for safety. Please treat the property with respect and keep it clean and tidy during your stay. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay and must report it immediately. Check-in and check-out times must be respected unless agreed otherwise in advance. Lost keys may incur a replacement fee. Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
